Join us for a joyful Biodanza dance workshop — led entirely in French, and open to everyone, whatever your level of French or dance!

Looking for a good New Year's resolution? How about getting active, moving to music and having fun at the same time? Biodanza, "the dance of life", is a gentle, uplifting practice with no choreography and no steps to learn — just music and  movement.

Our facilitator is French and will guide the whole session in French — a fantastic, relaxed way to practise the language with your whole body! No need to worry: everything is demonstrated and explained simply, and beginners are warmly welcome.

Peggy Cheyo is a certified Biodanza facilitator who trained with the London School of Biodanza and is a member of the UK Biodanza Association for Facilitators. She runs several Biodanza groups in the region, including in Berkhamsted and Milton Keynes. You can find out more about her and her classes on her website: peggycheyo.com/biodanza.
